How do I purchase items from Honey Bunny Paperie?
All items can be purchased via my etsy shop at HoneyBunnyPaperie.etsy.com.
If you've never visited etsy before, it's an online marketplace for handmade goods and a fun place to visit.
Why do you only sell through etsy?
I find etsy to be a convenient, reliable way to list and sell my items. And, shoppers can feel safe making purchases through the site.
Do I have to sign up for an account on etsy.com?
Yes, but signing up is quick and simple and you can make purchases right away.
How long will it take to fill my order?
Smaller size order typically take about 3 days to fill plus shipping time (5 to 7 days within the U.S.). Larger size order (usually favors) take about 2 weeks (that includes shipping time).
Do you accept rush orders?
If you need something and have an impending deadline, please contact me prior to placing an order. Acceptance of rush orders depends upon my workload at the time.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Provided items are returned within 15 days of purchase and in their original condition, I will refund your purchase price, excluding the original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
What if I need to change my order?
I always try to make and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change an order, please contact me as soon as possible at: kristine@honeybunnypaperie.com.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Because I find it difficult to predict shipping times and customs clearance outside the U.S, I typically ship wedding goods within the U.S. only.
Most of my non-wedding related items I ship to U.S., Canada, U.K. and Australia.
Can I pay with something other than PayPal?
Since PayPal is well known, trusted and secure, it's my perferred method of payment collection and the only one I use at this time.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you make a purchase which will ship to a Michigan address you will be charged 6% Michigan State Sales Tax.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
No, at this time, I do not accept wholesale or drop ship orders.
